ABOUT THE OLYMPIAD
Republican Olympiad of a new format in finance, marketing, audit and data science among students and young professionals.
The Olympiad is organised by the ProKG Club of Professionals. This project has been organised on an annual basis since 2018, during which time 3,000 students took part in the Olympiad, of which 100 were employed.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE OLYMPIAD

Popularization of financial, economic and information technology education among young people - Formation of a favorable environment for interaction between employers and job seekers
- Identification of talented students and young professionals, and promotion of their employment and internships in the leading companies of the country
- Contributing to the formation of a new generation of comprehensively developed young people, who are called upon to solve the main economic and social problems of society
- Stimulating and motivating students and young professionals to self-learning and personal growth
The prize fund of this project in 2024: 2,000 USD and the opportunity of internship and practice in the largest companies in Kyrgyz Republic.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Participants: young professionals and students from all regions of Kyrgyz Republic.
- Age restrictions: 18 to 25 years old.
HOW THE OLYMPIAD WORKS
FIRST ROUND
Registration of FinOlimp participants and selection of a direction for further participation. Participants choose one of the Olympiad directions: Finance & Economics, Marketing, Audit & Accounting, Data science.
SECOND ROUND
Individual online participation. This stage involves testing on the fundamentals of the chosen direction, as well as solving open questions and business cases prepared by partner companies. Business cases are divided by directions.
third round
Team participation. An offline event for finalists. The team's task: Within the allotted time, solve problems set by companies. Develop a product or solution. Present the results to the jury.

Students and young professionals aged 18 to 25 from any region of Kyrgyzstan.
Participation in the Olympiad is free.
Registration opens on the website within set deadlines. To participate, you need to fill in an online application form.

Yes. The first two rounds take place online. The third round (final) is offline; the venue is announced separately.
A cash prize from our partners and the opportunity to intern at leading companies in Kyrgyzstan. For example, in 2024 the prize fund was $2,000.
