We help pupils and teachers to develop their potential

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

‘My School’ - is a scholarship project aimed at developing regional schools through career guidance sessions and educational trainings for students and teachers.

THE PROJECT IS ORGANIZED IN TWO STAGES:

  • First stage (autumn-spring):
    Successful professionals, members of the Club, visit schools in the regions, holding motivational meetings with schoolchildren. They share their experience, talk about the project's opportunities and help develop key qualities: determination, diligence, perseverance and personal growth.

    As part of the visits, a scholarship competition for 11th grade students is also announced, with cash prizes awarded to the graduates with the highest scores on the ORT and their teachers or class teachers.
  • Second stage (June):
    Summer camp for the winners of the scholarship competition
    • The camp is held for students with high GRT scores and their class teachers. The participants will receive educational trainings, meetings with experts, excursions and master classes:
    • Trainings: Emotional Intelligence; Adaptation and Leadership; Me, My Family, Society; Technology and Professions of the 21st Century; Discipline and Focus; Personal Development and Motivation.
    • A tour to the National History Museum and a fair of youth organisations (AIESEC, Education USA, Rotaract, FLEX alumni, SDI, etc.).
Throughout the year, the Club organizes a number of events and training sessions dedicated to the personal and professional development of pupils and teachers.
Summer camp for ambassadors of the ‘My School’ project
Participants: 38 people (principals, teachers, pedagogues)

Objective: introduction of new educational methods, creation of a unified educational community and improvement of learning quality.

Training topics:
  • Major achievements in education, School counselling, Legislation in the sphere of education, STEAM and the future of professions, Methods of preparation for Olympiads, Digital skills for teachers in the era of AI

Every year more than 2,000 students and teachers from participating schools in Kyrgyzstan become beneficiaries of ‘My School’.
