“Mainly, there is less stress in my life because I have learned to work with my emotions. I learned to discuss my feelings with my family, to understand myself and others better.

In the project I realized that we women suffer from the same problems and that we lack support and knowledge in different spheres of life. I started to support other women, although before I was afraid of being judged or misunderstood. Now I can safely tell others that it is important to support women and get rid of gender stereotypes.

I was also inspired by Zarina Maken's training on modern education. Since I came back from the training, my daughter has read 8 books. This makes me very happy.”

"The "Eneler Maria" project brought significant changes to my life. Most importantly, it helped me step out of my comfort zone and begin making real efforts to develop myself and work on personal growth. This project had a powerful impact on me. I distanced myself from negativity and toxic people, and I learned how to say “no.” I began to truly enjoy life and learned how to live it fully. I invited my loved ones and colleagues to participate in this project—last year, one of my colleagues took part as a result. If I had another opportunity, I would definitely join again. I wish the organizers of this project good health and great success in their studies and work! May you continue to grow and flourish! May our Kyrgyzstan prosper and thrive!"

“It was an unforgettable experience for me. I took a lot of interesting things for myself. With Misha I discovered psychology. His CPT classes helped me a lot in my life and work. After Eneler-Maria I decided to become a psychologist. I entered the Osh State University, Faculty of General Psychology, where I am studying at the master's program. I am also studying to be a Gestalt psychologist at Bishkek Gestalt Institute, already 2nd year. I intend to finish university and further work in the field of psychology. Although I am already 43 years old, I still have a lot of psychological plans.

Thank you very much to the Eneler-Maria project. You could say it opened my eyes and completely changed the picture of the world. The project made me realize that I have always been close to psychology and gave me the impetus to turn my life in a different direction. I looked at the world with different eyes. And now I intend to also help people see the world through different eyes.”

Although I am an experienced educator with 40 years of teaching and a grandmother of three, participating in the “Eneler-Maria” project helped me deeply rethink many stereotypes in child-rearing. Thanks to the professional speakers and international-level trainers, I gained invaluable knowledge in the areas of women’s leadership, psychology, critical thinking, and financial literacy.

I greatly enjoyed interacting with the young, forward-thinking professionals from the ProKG and GrowthHungry clubs, who are doing a noble job—supporting the development of mothers and teachers. It is mothers and teachers who have a profound and powerful influence on youth and the younger generation. By developing the intellect and creative thinking of mothers and teachers, and supporting their personal growth, this project makes a significant contribution to the development of the younger generation.

I wish the organizers of the “Eneler-Maria” project, and all the professionals of ProKG and GrowthHungry, as well as the international-level speakers and trainers, continued success in this noble mission and prosperity in all their endeavors. You are the best!

Thanks to the project, I’ve become more open and confident in myself. I learned how to express myself — now I run two blogs, created a geometry reference guide, printed it, and started selling it. I also learned to recognize my triggers and autopilot behaviors in time — turns out, I discovered so many new things about myself, even at almost 30 😅

My transformation also influenced the people around me — they’ve become calmer and more patient. My mother-in-law apologized to me for everything she had said in the past, and now we have the most beautiful relationship, where I can call her “Mom,” and she calls me “Daughter” — not just out of custom, but because we truly feel that way. My husband, who used to lose his temper behind the wheel and spoke using curse words regularly, has become calm and speaks so cleanly now. He even said, “You came back so pure, free, bright, and open! I felt ashamed and guilty that someone as impatient and foul-mouthed as I am was standing next to you.”

My younger sister, who used to easily lose her temper and have emotional outbursts over small things, has now started therapy and regularly sees a psychologist. She told me that she feels much better now, has understood her emotions and thoughts, and said, “I want to be free like you, too.” And I hadn’t told any of them what to do — I gave no lectures, and never imposed feelings of shame, guilt, or fear.
Even my grandmother changed her behavior — she apologized to my mother for not being the best Ene to her. And she now says that my mom has always been, and still is, the best kelin and her most beloved daughter.
Honestly, I never expected the project to have such a powerful and far-reaching impact.

Many other things in my life have also changed: I now have more clarity about where I’m going. My husband and I have stopped fearing the future or running away from uncomfortable questions and problems. We’ve finally grown up and learned how to face them.
There’s so much more I could share, but the most important thing is this: the project brings such a powerful transformation — not only in the mind, but also in life and the world around us 🔥
Thank you for creating this project and helping us all grow together with you ❤️❤️❤️

I’m incredibly happy to have participated in the project and become a part of it. The benefits have been countless—not only for me personally, but also for my own children and the students I teach at school. As a teacher, I had never really thought about children's or people’s psychology. But from the very first day of the project, my perspective started to shift. After returning from the program, the way I interacted with children and those around me completely changed. I began treating children with much more understanding. I started to really understand them—to support them, protect them, listen to their thoughts, and thoughtfully analyze their behavior.
It’s hard to describe in words, but I have truly changed for the better. I’ve grown, I’ve been renewed, and I’ve become more inspired. I now often give meaningful advice to other women and daughters-in-law. I recognized my own flaws and worked to overcome them. If it weren’t for this project, I wouldn’t have experienced this awakening or found this inspiration. What inspired me most was that the speakers in the project were experts in their fields—they generously shared their knowledge and experiences with us.
For example, I had long been searching for answers related to agriculture but couldn’t find them anywhere. When I learned that one of the guest speakers was an expert in that field, I was thrilled. One of the best parts of the project was that it created opportunities to have personal, one-on-one conversations with the speakers. I was finally able to get clear answers to the questions that had been bothering me for a long time, and received guidance on where to start with things I had been uncertain about.
As proof of how inspired I became, I launched an English course and began teaching both children and adults. The project taught me to be decisive. It gave me the courage I had lacked for so long to finally take action and begin something meaningful. Now I also earn extra income.
What I want to say is this: as a mother, as a teacher, and simply as a woman, I’ve taken big steps forward. I’m developing myself, becoming a role model for other women, caring for my children’s future, and sharing all the knowledge and skills I’ve learned through the project. I’ve become a woman who brings value to her community and positively influences those around her. And I’m not stopping with just opening the language course—I have more plans that I’m ready to put into action.
All the positive changes I’ve described above are largely thanks to the “Eneler-Maria” project. It improved my human values, emotional intelligence, worldview, and financial literacy, and brought peace and clarity to my inner world. I’m endlessly grateful to the organizers of this project. The fact that it reached even women like me from remote districts and villages, and is now having a ripple effect on distant communities and future generations through these women—it’s something truly heartwarming. I’m so glad the “Eneler-Maria” project exists.
