Project for Young People Aged 19 to 24
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The ProKG Leadership Program supports youth development and creates a knowledge economy where success depends on intellectual potential. We develop leadership skills in ambitious young people and provide opportunities to network with professionals, helping them to become internationally in-demand professionals.
WHAT DOES THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM ENTAIL?

An initial intensive training on personal and professional growth – "The Beginning of the Journey" – conducted over three days at an offsite location near Bishkek. At the conclusion of the training, all participants will be divided into small groups to collaborate on a joint project.

A series of exclusive workshops and sessions developed specifically for the Leadership Program.

During the project, all participants are required to engage in collaborative projects within small groups, necessitating a dedicated time commitment.

The program also features ongoing mentorship and guest sessions throughout its duration.
The ProKG Leadership Program comprises stages designed by professionals with international experience and a high-quality educational background.

Participants will master the key principles and skills essential for a successful career, startup launch, and personal growth.

Experienced experts will serve as mentors, offering guidance on both professional and personal development.

Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic aged 19 to 24 (inclusive)
A demonstrated willingness to learn from ProKG professionals and program participants
Leadership potential
An eagerness to become part of the ProKG alumni community and share their knowledge and experience
A commitment to personal development and the pursuit of new opportunities
A desire to contribute to the development of Kyrgyzstan
